Deposit Requirements
To secure your booking and ensure we can allocate resources to your project, Southern Adelaide Property Care requires a deposit for certain jobs. Jobs between $300 and $500 will require a 10% deposit. Jobs exceeding $500 necessitate a 25% deposit prior to commencement.
Payment Timing
Southern Adelaide Property Care requires payment on the day of completion for the job. This ensures we can continue providing prompt and professional service to all our clients.

Please be aware that failure to make payment on the day of completion may result in late fees being applied, unless a prior arrangement has been made with Southern Adelaide Property Care. We encourage open communication to avoid any misunderstandings.
